Nostalgia

Nostalgia is a gem of a composition. The singing tone of the oboe goes straight to your heart. Jacob de Haan: “I composed this piece for Augusto Loppi, a former oboist of the Scala in Milan. At the time, Loppi also played the famous solo part of Gabriel’s Oboe under the direction of Ennio Morricone himself. I cannot deny that my great inspiration for this work was Morricone”.
