Allein Gott in der Höh sei Ehr

“Allein Gott in der Höh sei Ehr” (All Glory Be to God on High) is a famous chorale by Nikolaus Decius (1523) as Gloria for the reformed German Mass. Jacob de Haan used it as part of the Gloria in his Missa Katharina. He set the Latin text from the Gloria to music. As an independent chorale prelude it functions excellently at church concerts or church services.
